The most expensive mistakes in a property deal are invisible in the listing and do not surface at the viewing. They appear after the money has been paid.
- Encumbrances on the property - a mortgage, a distraint or a granted right of use that survives the sale.
- Incomplete title documentation, especially with inherited property held by several heirs.
- A mismatch between the cadastral sketch and reality - unauthorised conversions or unlegalised extensions.

About Loyal Advisers
The firm was founded by two lawyers with practice in property law and real estate trade. It is based in Varna and works on transactions across the country.
